Chennai to host 3-day medical equipment trade show Medicall 2017 on July 28

Medicall 2017 will serve as a marketing platform for equipment companies to showcase their products and services to hospital owners and other key decision makers.

Medicall is one of India\'s largest B2B trade fair for medical devices and hospital supplies. Approximately 750 exhibitors and 15,000 trade visitors from over 20 countries, among them physicians, biomedical engineers, sales people, decision makers, consultants and hospital owners, are expected to be present at this industry event.

Medicall Chennai will be held from July 28 to July 30, 2017 at Chennai Trade Center, Chennai.

The 3-day event is organized by Medexpert Business Consultants, a company promoted by Dr. S. Manivannan, who is an anesthesiologist by profession and is one of the founder directors of Kauvery Group of Hospitals, Trichy, Tamil Nadu. The expo was started eight years back with the idea of bringing in all the requirements of a hospital under one roof. 

The organizers reveal that this 17th edition of Medicall will be an international show, with International pavilions from Bavaria, Germany, Japan, China, Taiwan, Malaysia, South Korea, Portugal, Italy, UK, USA. This year the focus will be on Healthcare IT and 3D Printing. A pavilion for Healthcare IT has been planned. The IT pavilion is expected to bring out the best & the latest in Healthcare IT from Infrastructure to HMS to App Based solutions to innovative Tele-Medicine platforms. More than 6000 products from 20 countries are expected to be displayed at the event. 

It is believed that in addition to the presentation of the best and the latest medical and medical-technical equipment, software, supplies and other devices the market has to offer the fair will mainly serve as a platform to exchange knowledge and experiences among renowned industry experts. 
Various conferences and innovation awards in different categories have been organized during the event.
